<description><![CDATA[<p>As a nation of workaholics, we spend 60% of our waking hours at work. That's a lot of hours! Not only do we spend a lot of time at work, but we tend to neglect our health whilst working, snacking on high sugar, high calorie, quick energy releasing foods such as biscuits, crisps and chocolate to keep us going.  If our daily recommended target is to consume 5 portions of fruit and veg, we need to cut out the unhealthy snacks and instead eat 3 A DAY  AT WORK.</p>]]></description>
